These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how prices, payments, transaction security, refunds and billing enquiries are handled by OHPHAMMER. They supplement our payment policy, terms of service and returns & refunds policy.

• Apple Pay and Google Pay: available where supported at checkout.
• Standard the contiguous United States shipping: free.
• Applicable sales tax: included in displayed prices.
• Payment charged at checkout.
• No recurring subscription payments for ordinary purchases.
• Refunds returned to the original payment method.

2. Encrypted checkout

The website uses HTTPS and TLS encryption to help protect information transferred between your browser and the relevant services. Sensitive payment details are handled by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. No online platform can promise absolute security, but recognised technical protections are used to reduce risk.

3. Payment card security

Stripe provides PCI DSS-compliant payment processing. OHPHAMMER does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Limited transaction information may be available for order management, refunds and dispute resolution.

4. Payment terms

Customers must provide accurate information during checkout. The complete order total is displayed before payment is authorised. Payment is collected when the order is placed. An automated acknowledgement confirms the order was received; acceptance occurs when dispatch is confirmed under the terms of service.

5. Billing details

We may retain relevant records such as:

• Billing and delivery address.
• Order reference.
• Products purchased.
• Payment status.
• Limited card identification information.
• Transaction references.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The refund timetable is governed by the returns & refunds policy and applicable law. Where statutory cancellation applies, reimbursements are made within the legally required period.

7. Declined payments
