Payment Policy

OHPHAMMER provides secure online payments through Stripe. All product prices are displayed in USD and applicable taxes and charges are shown before payment.

2. Accepted methods

The exact options available for a transaction are shown at checkout. Digital wallet availability may depend on the customer device, browser, bank and Stripe configuration. We do not offer PayPal, bank transfer, financing or cash on delivery.

3. Pricing

All prices are stated in pounds sterling. sales tax is included where applicable. Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous United States addresses. For destinations outside the advertised free-shipping area, delivery availability and any charges must be confirmed before a purchase is accepted. The final total is displayed before payment.

4. When payment is taken

Payment is collected when the customer places an order. An order acknowledgement does not itself confirm dispatch. A purchase contract is formed when dispatch is confirmed, as described in the terms of service. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the amount due will be refunded.

5. Secure payments

Stripe processes card data through its secure payment services. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Banks may request additional authentication. Never disclose one-time security codes or banking passwords to store support staff.

6. Declined payments

Possible reasons include:

• Incorrect billing details.

• Bank security restrictions.
• Unsuccessful authentication.
• Temporary processing problems.

If a payment is declined, check the details and contact your bank if necessary. If the status is unclear, contact our support team before trying repeatedly.

7. Refunds

8. Chargebacks

Customers are welcome to contact the store to discuss order issues. Nothing in this policy restricts the right to contact a bank, dispute an unauthorised transaction or use applicable cardholder protections.

9. Fraud prevention

Stripe and relevant providers may carry out security checks. We may request reasonable order verification or decline suspicious transactions. We will never ask for passwords, complete card details or one-time banking codes.
